Our Support Team will have reduced availability on the nine Canadian statutory holidays, including:

- Victoria Day – Monday, May 20, 2024
- Canada Day – Monday, July 1, 2024
- Civic Holiday – Monday, August 5, 2024
- Labour Day – Monday, September 2, 2024
- Thanksgiving – Monday, October 14, 2024
- Christmas Day – Wednesday, December 25, 2024
- Boxing Day – Thursday, December 26, 2024
We will always have Support agents available on these days to help with any urgent matters during these times, but our ability to respond to support calls and tickets may be slower than usual.
We also encourage you to explore our Knowledge Base for self-help or, where possible, submit help request tickets in advance of reduced service days to ensure we can provide the support you need.
